These are the equitable principles which govern my business:
(1) |
I will help every client pay the legal minimum tax, and not one cent more. |
(2) |
I don’t just help ‘rich people.’ All clients have just as much of a right to expect high-quality tax preparation and accounting services. My door is open to clients from all walks of life. |
(3) |
I will safeguard and protect the privacy and confidentiality of all client records and business information consistent with the rules of IRC Section 7216, the AICPA code of ethics, and the requirements of the Boards of Accountancy which regulate my business. |
(4) |
I will complete work within the time promised, for the price previously agreed upon, and at the very highest quality possible. |
(5) |
I will always seek to exceed the expectations of my clients, and serve their best long-term interests. |
(6) |
I will actively search for and promptly communicate tax-saving ideas and opportunities whenever and wherever I identify them. |
All CPA’s who practice before the IRS are bound by the minimum professional standards stated in Treasury Circular 230. See:

Here are some of the most important principles which guide my work:
The power to tax is the power to destroy.
